Early Access

OpenBotAuth Cloud is currently in early access. This means:

  • Features may change without notice
  • Service availability is not guaranteed
  • Pricing may be adjusted before general availability
  • We may limit or revoke access at our discretion

By participating in early access, you acknowledge these conditions and agree to provide feedback to help improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use OpenBotAuth Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Use the Services to harm others or their systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or crawler identities

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with these Terms

Intellectual Property

OpenBotAuth and its licensors retain all rights to the Services, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology. The open source components are licensed separately under Apache 2.0.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to use your data as necessary to provide the Services.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

During early access, we make no guarantees about service availability, data retention, or feature stability.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENBOTAUTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
