Pricing FAQ
What counts as a verification?
Each HTTP request signature you verify counts as one verification, regardless of whether the signature is valid or not.
Can I self-host?
Yes. The protocol and reference implementation are open source. Enterprise plans include support for self-hosted deployments.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you before you hit your limit. You can upgrade anytime. We don't cut off verification mid-month.
How does pay-per-crawl work?
Pay-per-crawl program tooling (Enterprise plan) lets you create monetization programs where you set pricing and get paid directly by AI companies. OpenBotAuth provides the metering and billing infrastructure—you keep 100% of the revenue. Currently in early access.
